A lot of people on DTA have a youtube account were they upload there videos of their wonderful dogs. I thought it would be cool if we could post our Channel names here so everyone could subscribe to each other and post some tips on how to make you channel page creative and other tips.

How do you guys put pictures of your dogs for your channel background? I've tried to but it never works.

If you want just one picture for your background, you can just upload a file. If the photo size is too big, you can condense it. Also, if you want to make a collage background, all you need is a photo URL (from any site, I think even DTA) and you can make your own collage by just sticking the URLs here:

How do you condense it?

When you go to your picture albums on your computer, you can open it with windows live photo gallery (if you don't have it, it's easy to download) Click edit. There's a properties button, once you click that, you have the option to resize the photo. Resize it to 640. If this is confusing you can try finding instructions online.

Finally after trying forever last night to get a picture to upload for my background I got it to work today, but I need to take a better picture for it.

for the collage how many rows and columns is it for youtube??

It can be any amount. The one I like best is 3 by 3 because the photos are bigger and the layout is better.
