I've been trying to capture Chaplin spinning around in circles all goofy and happy when he gets excited, he knows 'normal' spin so I'm not sure what to call this. 'Party' seems lame... If you've seen carolyn scott's freestyle with her dog Rookie to the Grease song, Rookie does a little jumping spin around too, and that's what Chaplin's looks like.
I suppose you could make it a little more exciting by saying "Lets party!!" And you "party" too. 
Sorry, not much help, I'm sure someone else will have a much better idea!
