I find this video overly hilarious; however I'm questioning its authenticity. That's some weird looking teethes. If you look closely it looks like they stretched the head and added teethes/tongue. But it does look funny. :)

There is absolutely and flatly no way that's authentic. It looks pretty typical of morphing software to me.
 
I think it's a person who photoshoped themselves, and added pointiness to their teeth... The tongue looks much to human, not flat like a dog's.

My internet is too slow to watch videos, but my sister taught her cockapoo to smile. She started by using her thumb and forefinger and putting one on each side of Chrissy's mouth and lifted up her lips a little while telling her "Pretty smile". She now does it on commandand I mean a full upper teeth smile. She also taught it to my mom's chihuahua. He's not as reliable to commands but does it on his own sometimes.
