In my neighbor, a pomerian female dog has given birth to 4 little pups. She dies after 3 days from excessive bleeding. Somebody intersted in adopting the pups post here.
It would help if you mentioned where you are from, and how your neighbour is taking care of them. Are the puppies healthy, have they been checked by a vet?
