Another Deaf Dog Video

I just put together a video of Mouse's tricks. She's 10 months old now, and beginning to settle and think alittle more, so I'm able to teach her more behaviors. I was able to teach her to back up and roll over in the same 10 minute training session. You'll see me giving her a thumbs-up alot, that's her visual marker, like a click with a hearing dog. She's a totally different dog to train than Scout. She tends not to think about things much, just does what she knows, and doesn't attempt figure out anything, so she's a challenge.

Here's the video

My first deaf dog, Scout, knows around 50 signs, I use her for demo's on deaf dogs... SHE'S AMAZING!!! Mouse is up to 15 or so I think, but learning more every day. It's not me who's brilliant, it's the dogs, they make it easy! I have 5 or 6 other videos on You Tube of my deaf dogs, if you want to see Scout in action, my user name is SaranScout, you should be able to find them using that. I currently have 2 deaf dogs, I should'a had 3 but the guy from Texas is defective... he can hear LOL. I adore deaf dogs, and will always have them, tho I'd like to work with a blind dog, see if I can be as adaptable with them! lol. would be tough tho, remembering who to talk to, and who to sign to! :doglaugh:
