If you go for, "Zoe have you seen my medication?"
or "Zoe, do you need your medication?"
just use LAST WORD, "medication" for the cue word, not entire sentence, or dog does trick TOO soon into your question.
Using last word, dog waits til you have finished the question til he goes boing! boing! boing!

other ideas, "Zoe, be a kangaroo!"
or "Zoe, are you a happy girl?"
or "Zoe, do you like _______?"
or "Zoe, does ___ make you happy?" so you can use keyword "happy" and then work it into whatever topic you are discussing with your pals.
like, "Zoe, does Brittany's breaking up with that jerk make you happy?"
or "Zoe, does his story about that dog make you happy?" and so on, whatever you talk about, Zoe can agree it makes her happy. that way, you can use it more often, if you want to.
or if you are sport fan, "Zoe, do you want the Bruins to win?" with key word being "win" so you can swap whatever team or politician you want.
