well, i don't run after my dog, but, whole family has same weird sounding whiney remark, "ohhh, pooor babyyyy, i'm sorrrryyyyy" (which, honestly, my dog probably does NOT appreciate
) that we say if we step on him or something.

Same here... Don't run after them, but I always appologize for accidantal stepping on tails, paws, or hitting...

Better than a Wife:
