Sock + Plastic = Fun Destruction

HOW FUN!! LOVE IT!!!

i use plastic water bottles often, to make puzzles, (cut some holes and drop some treats in)
and i have a few toys i can insert an empty plastic water bottle into, for chewing fun, but they do cost a bit,
but this sock idea is brilliant!! what a money saver!

I made a sock toy just like that one for Chance. He hasn't destroyed it, yet.

LOL we should start a club Tamara "The Destroyers" Laika is about the same warp speed as Zeus at destroying anything! Love the sock bottle idea, will have to do that, as it will save heaps on wrecked toys!

It seems kinda dangerous to have the dog tearing up plastic bags, I have to say. I wouldn't do this, even supervised. (Unsupervised is a huge no-no since they can suffocate in plastic.)

Maybe instead of plastic bags, try newspaper or wrapping paper, I don't think that would be dangerous. I actually thought after that plastic is dangerous to animals. And I think Laika would have just as much fun ripping up ordinary paper

I sometimes put a stuffed Kong or a Greenie (dental treat) in a cardboard food box (from chips or cereal, whatever) and my dog loves tearing through the box to get the treat.
