Evie started learning a new trick tonight. I was going to teach her to go around behind me, then to sit in between my legs facing forwards, but she offered me this instead and I think it's so much cuter and a much better idea, so we went with it!

This was at the end of our first training session.

Anyone got any ideas what verbal cue to give this?

I'm so proud that Evie is finally offering me behaviours when we train. It's taken a long time for her to not just shut down when she wasn't 100% sure what to do. Now she offers me idea after idea after idea until i finally click something lol.

That's cute! I can't quite see, is she backing up in between your legs, or to your side?

Well done you two! How about 'be my guard' or 'back in'.

That's really cool! I've been trying to teach something like that to Chloe for a while. If only she would just offer it like Evie did! ;)

Brilliant work, well done to you both.
I'm hopeless at thinking up cues so no suggestions.
