Place mince, eggs, garlic in food processor bowl, and process until smooth. Add any other optional ingredients at this stage (I have used vegemite, stock cubes, cod liver oil, vitamins, spinach). Add 1 1/2 cups of flour slowly (if mixture is too thick for your processor, place in another bowl and mix manually. Put thick gluggy mixture into a large shallow non-stick pan (I fill a 40cm x 25cm x 2cm biscuit tray). Smooth off the top by wetting your hands (a few times) and running over the top of the mixture in the pan. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. After removing from the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes, remove from the pan onto a cutting board and cut to desired size. Freeze in small bags any that you are not going to use in the next day or two (there are no preservatives).
