Click to Calm is, as Southerngirl said, a very good book, with the majority of exercises being ones you can do by yourself. With treats, I know one person, who hasn't been on for a while, used Squeezy Cheese. Try a really 'smelly cheese' like Gorganzolla, or Limburger (that really smells and Brody's breath may not be too nice but it sure does get a dogs attention). You do need to carry your clicker with you to really 'make the point' with Brody. It makes a HUGE difference, that small little product, to how a dog responds. I alwayw have the clicker on my right wrist, held in my right hand with the lead on top, so I can just quickly 'click' when needed.
