Looking For A Good Toxic Food List

I've been looking for a good resource for toxic foods for dogs to avoid. The few I've found seem a little contradictory and non-scientific... the only decent one I've found is this.

Does anyone have a good list they can share?

Also to add to the list ... the top household pet poisons list include chocolate and raisins
