Put all ingredients except rice into blender and mix. Pur into a mixing bowl and add the rice to make a soft dough. Cut pieces off and roll into a thin sausage shape on a floured board Cut into pieces and bake in a hot oven for about 10 mins. The longer you bake them the crunchier they will be. I've also used chicken livers, Tuna, Pilchards and peanut butter instead of the cottage cheese.
