Help with a dog who pulls on the leash all the time

Jenny pulls all the time when i take her for walks and I dont want her to hurt herself. I got a head collar but she still pulls

Thanks last I went for a walk I took her to a park and let her run around. So I decided to take of her head collar and walk home with her regular collar and she didnt pull at all
