Hi! I've been looking around here for a week or so now and have learned so many interesting things! I'm impatiently awaiting the arrival of my boxer mix puppy. Hes or she coming from Kentucky with my husbands mom on Sept. 4. We don't know for sure which one were getting yet so I don't know if it will be a boy or girl, but I'm excited anyways. I'm so excited to get him or her and start training! I've used clicker training with my parents aussie and taught him to bow and play dead. :dogsmile:

:welcome: Congradulations on the new puppy!! How nice to have the time to get yourself ready and get lotsa info on tips for bringing home a new puppy!! (I used online resources to learn so much about bringing home an adult rescue, and in my searches, i saw there are many sources for bringing home a new puppy. I was surprised to note some things are opposite.)

How fabulous you are already familiar with clicker training! Bet yor lil puppy is one lucky dog to have you!!
