So I decided today would be a great day to start flyball training with Kitana. Found a great treat for her, carrots! I love using carrots, healthy, mess free, and good for the teeth.
So we did a bit of clicker conditioning. Then I put the carrot piece in my hand and finally, she pawed at it. I cheated though, since shes a bit too well mannered, and put her paw on my hand the first time. After that she got it. We repeated that a few times, then I tried to get her to do it with both paws. This took a bit longer, but once she did it once, she caught on immediately! So now we have her pawing with both feet at my fist! Flyball is such a bad dog sport lol!
