Dogue de bordeaux

I was wondering if there are any other bordeaux owners out there. I love this wonderful breed but trying to train my boy can be a nightmare. I have read that mastiffs in general can be hard to train and I should count myself lucky I he will sit stay drop and heel.

I dont have a bordeaux, but my friend has one. He is probably the most laid back dog I ever knew...quite happy to lie around all day (unless you ask him to stay, then usually he will get up :dogrolleyes: ) Really nice natured dog though, and great with children and puppies :dogsmile:

they are a very layed back breed thats the problem :msngiggle: he's happyer laying on his bed or at my feet than going out to train.
