Birds and Dogs

My dog tango absolutley HATES my two love birds...
I have no idea why but she always growels when i go to pet them.
How do i fix this?

I just posted an explaination to another forum , the other person was having problems with his dog going after his chickens. If you can find that forum I think my response can help you with this issue also, same training concept. Let me know if you can't find it and I will post it here.
