I'm a first time dog owner to Suzy Socks my salt and pepper mini Schnauzer X (mom was a Schnoodle/ Dad was a pure bred salt and pepper mini Schnauzer.)
I have always grown up with cats all my life and my parents were never keen to own a dog. Its only been over the last few years that I realized I wanted a dog; not just for myself, but for my two little boys to grow up with and be buddies. I got Suzy (another girl finally! ) as a pup this past February and we lover her to bits! She has become a very sweet and good natured member of our family. I can't imagine us without her now. Its hard to believe that my shadow (Hubby calls her that...lol) will be a year old this month on the 23rd! They grow up too quick!
