I guess I am sort of a weird trainer as I seem to always use a verbal cue when I start teaching a trick. LOL!

I use the cue word only when the steps to the compleet trick is succeded. So I first shape the desired behaviour and then connect a word to it, this way the word stands for that compleet behaviour and not one small part of it.
