Website Where You Can Get Trick Train Certified?

I heard about a website where you can like send in a video of you training a dog different tricks or something like that and then get certified for a certain level of trick training except i lost the url. Does anyone know which website i'm talking about?

You can become a Certified Trick Dog Instructor, and your dog can accomplish the Trick Dog Titles, of varying difficulties.
