U had yourself swinging quite high already, surely he watched you and he "planned" his timing for jumping on you quite perfectly if really watch. It doesn't look like he planned the landing very well
Maybe he thought you would catch him and he could swing with Mom? 
Really cool video, your dog seems really brave and smart to me. I am knew here I have a 4 year old GSD male named Kaden and a 13 week old Havanese female named Isabell, her life is all about jumping but she is only 2 and half pounds right now so no way could she have done that! I thought it was awesome. Looks like he planted the landing well though, if u could find a way to hold him once he jumps up there you would have quite a trick going on! Tell me about your dog, his name his breed his age?
