Mixing Bordetella Vaccine?

How do I do it? I just bought it for my dogs, and I know how to do the 4-way with the needle. But the intranasal little bulb thing confuses me. Any idea?

It came in two parts right? One part should be sterile water and the other should be the dry Bordetella vaccine. All you need to do is mix both of them together real good then squirt it up one of the dog's nostrils. Your dog will probably sneeze but it's a higher dose then in the shot so it won't matter.
