How about shaking head like after a bath or to say no?

carrying there own candy bag (make sure you take treats for your dog), and when someone says trick, your dog could do a trick for her treat

i also like the howling idea (wonder how i could get storm to do that)

Maybe hiding under a blanket, and moving around with it (making sure that he can't bump into anything). Like a ghost!

I wish we had Halloween here... It must be tons of fun!!

Hmm...I was thinking something similar to Storm's trick-or-treat idea.
I like the howling. A trainer buddy of mine was training an ACD pup a few months ago who loved to howl. He was adorable. In a few minutes he would bellow out a playful, silly howl when told to "talk." My pups aren't really howlers though...Zeke howls occasionally at night, so he might have to be my test pup. Mudflap isn't the least bit vocal, and Rusty...well I'm not sure.
Dang. I'm fresh out of ideas.

I like the trick for treat idea. I think howling would be really cool too, but my dog has never howled before.

Alright, new idea that Mudflap is definitely going to start learning. The only thing is....DTA has a lesson on it..sort of. It's basically a twist on "Are you shy?"

But here we go anyway.
The dog is told "BOO!" and responds by laying down or bowing and covering its face with both paws(or one in the bow position if easier). I think it would be really cute and Mud and I will be working on this soon. ^^
