Well I am very new to clicker training. It is a difficult thing to get used of doing. So many things to remember and be concious of. Body language has so much to do with it and atleast for me I have never been one to conciously keep track of my body language.

Max and I are definatley learning together in this process. I have treats that I've been using for training and he like them and all but when I was out at Petco I wanted to pickup something that would perk him up a bit more....

Hello all

I've decieded to blog my journey with Max as we learn together. I hope to teach him the usual sit, down, stay, heel, commands to make him a well behaved member of our family.

I also have hopes of going through therapy dog training with Max so that we can volunteer and go to nursing homes, schools, hospitals, hospices, etc. It is very important to me to help give back to society and I feel that Max would enjoy it.
