On my first day off in what seems like an eternity (like 9 days is an eternity...) and I'm finding myself with some down time. Blossom is currently away spending some much needed time at the groomers and I figured I'd make an update to the blog while she's away.

Okay, as this is the first post to my blog I figured some background info on Blossom would be in order. As well, let you know the state she was in before I began the monumental task of turning her from a grumpy old coach potato into a well behaved, well learned, canine companion.

Why did I decide, now that she is getting on in years, to start this transformation? Because I want to be a dog trainer, and am studying to that end.
