Behavioral Problems mean with people like. People that beat dogs just because the dog smaller then their are. That Behavioral Problems.

There are indeed a lot of bullies in the world that so need self validation that they bully their animal because they can't fight back. That is one reason I always interview a trainer before I expose my dog to them. Not all trainers should be trainers. I'm glad to see another positive trainer on the forum.
