Have you're dog in the stand position and if you know know how to do that, have your dogs sit and then take a treat and put it up to your dogs nose and pull it as if there is a string there and give the command "stand" if he/she doesn't stand stick your foot under their bellies and they should stand. So have your dog in the stand position and make sure they stay standing and take a treat and put it up to their nose and then lower it to the ground, and give the command for my dog it is 'take a bow' and he will go down. hope it helps~!
